These terms apply to your use of the RepMyStyle website and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our shipping, exchange and privacy policies before placing an order.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Only place an order if you are legally able to make the purchase or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information belonging to someone else.

Product information

Review each item’s description, condition and price before buying. Colors and appearance may vary with lighting and screen settings. Contact us if you need clarification about an item’s materials, finish, sizing or care. We aim to describe products accurately; a screen variation does not excuse an incorrect or misleading product description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Review the item totals, shipping and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.

Orders and corrections

If there is an availability problem, pricing error or other issue with an order, we will contact you about the correction or cancellation. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the canceled items and any related charges that must be refunded.

Shipping, exchanges and store credit

Our shipping policy explains delivery estimates, charges and delays. Our exchange policy explains change-of-mind returns, store credit and help with incorrect or damaged items. Those policies form part of these terms. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Messages and privacy

The website message form sends a message to our team for an email response; it is not a live-chat session. The privacy policy explains how order and contact information is handled. Do not send payment-card details through the message form or email.

Website content and external services

RepMyStyle branding, text and imagery are owned by RepMyStyle or used with permission from their respective owners. Do not copy or commercially reuse site content without the relevant permission. Third-party services linked from our website, including payment services, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and questions
