Shipping

We currently offer shipping to U.S. addresses accepted at checkout.
Shipping costs
- Orders below $100: $6.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $100 or more: complimentary standard shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal. Review the shipping charge and total in checkout before paying. International shipping is not currently available through our checkout.
Order processing: 5–7 days
Please allow 5–7 days after placing your order for processing before it ships. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.
Shipping transit time
After your order ships, standard U.S. shipping is estimated to take an additional 3–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a specific date.
Order updates and delays
Use an email address you can access so we can reach you about your order. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund for unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law.
Address changes
Check your shipping address carefully before paying. If you notice an error, contact RepMyStyle@aol.com as soon as possible with your order details. We will review whether a change is still possible; an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order is being fulfilled or is in transit.
Missing or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order details. For damage, please include photos of the item and packaging if available, and keep the packaging while we review the issue. We will help investigate and determine the appropriate next step. This policy does not limit remedies available under applicable law.
