This policy explains how RepMyStyle handles personal information when you browse our store, place an order or contact us.
Information you provide
When you check out, Stripe collects information needed for your purchase, including your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and payment details. RepMyStyle receives order and customer information needed to fulfill and support the purchase. Full card numbers and card security codes are entered with Stripe, not through our contact form.
When you send a website message, we receive your name, email, message and phone number if you choose to provide one. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you share in that conversation. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in a message.
How we use information
- Process payments, fulfill orders and provide order support.
- Respond to questions and handle exchanges, store credit or order problems.
- Help prevent fraud, keep records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sending a customer-service message does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Services that receive information
We use Stripe for checkout and payment processing. Our website message form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message to our email inbox. Information is also handled by the providers used to host and secure the website, provide email service and deliver orders. These providers receive information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud or unlawful activity.

Website activity and cookies
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, requested pages and access times. The storefront currently keeps your shopping bag in the open page’s memory; refreshing or leaving the page may clear it. The storefront does not currently include advertising pixels or a separate analytics service.
Payment and other service providers may use cookies or similar technology for their own services, including security and fraud prevention. Your browser settings let you control cookies; blocking them may affect those services.
Keeping information
Order records and messages are kept as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the requirements that apply. Service providers may maintain records under their own policies. No online service or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Email RepMyStyle@aol.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, transaction or dispute-related reasons. Rights available to you depend on applicable law.
Children’s information
Our store is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.
